Shipping

Please review the product description to confirm whether the item you are purchasing is in-hand or pre-order.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and a separate email with tracking once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped in a timely manner via UPS, USPS, or DHL, depending on destination and service availability.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive your tracking number via email or text.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout.


Pre-Order

Some items are produced in limited batches and may ship on an extended timeline.

The estimated shipping window will be stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-hand and made-to-order items, the full order will ship together unless arranged otherwise.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Damaged items in transit

If your package appears missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist however we can, but carrier policies will apply.
